The history of Shlangenz company began in 2002 as a structural division of OOO "Kompenz", which was a part of the investment and industrial group "NormArmInvest". The establishment of Shlangenz was aimed at meeting the rapidly growing demand for flexible joints, hoses and high-pressure hoses that were not inferior in their technical and operational characteristics to similar foreign manufacture products.
For more than a decade of production history, Shlangenz has established itself in the global markets at its best, and has found application in various industries.
Nowadays Shlangenz carries out mass production of hoses for various industry spheres with diameters from 4 to 700 millimeters. In addition to standard products, we offer our customers individual versions of flexible joints calculated according to the technical conditions of a particular environment and specific production tasks. All design solutions pass preliminary tests at a pressure of 1200 atmospheres at the company's own laboratory.
Due to an individual approach to customers, flexible pricing policy and consistent product quality, Shlangenz is going to continue maintaining its leading position in the market segment of flexible joints and compensatory devices.
In addition to marketing Shlangenz brand products, the efforts of the company's management are aimed at expanding the service infrastructure. We constantly work on optimization of delivery times, qualitative improvement of technical support for our partners - both at the documentation level and through the entire list of work on the calculation, implementation and installation of turnkey ready solutions.
In the process of the division development into a separate company, Shlangenz production base has grown to five production lines: high-pressure rubber hoses for drilling rigs, teflon hoses (PTFE), lay-flat hoses, composite hoses, high pressure corrugated metal hoses.
Company’s engineers of constantly introduced innovative design solutions to improve the quality and durability of products. All products regularly underwent independent expert quality control at all technological stages of production, and were certified according to the most stringent requirements.
