Shlangenz Company after upgrading the existing equipment, expanded its production capabilities. Now, by the newest machine, the Shlangenz flexible hoses are woven over with threads of nylon monofilament, which is distinguished by the highest wear resistance.

The presented braid has high flexibility, light weight and resistance to aggressive media, which is the most important. A special way of weaving a monofilament yarn ensures the smoothness and softness of the surface of flexible hoses, allowing you to reduce the friction force even when it's in contact with rough surfaces.

The first batch of flexible hoses, produced and braided on a new machine with nylon threads, was carried out for the largest petrochemical holding. It should be noted that customers choose flexible sleeves of our production for high quality and durability. Also, the Russian R&D company Shlangenz manufactures the non-standard hoses at customer's request.
