In March 2013, a regular delivery of non-standard high-pressure hoses with a diameter of 200 mm and 100 mm for the transportation of wide fractions of light hydrocarbons under a pressure of 68 atmospheres was performed. Test pressure was 125 atmospheres.
The final customer was Surgutneftegaz company, and it was used in calibration equipment and mobile flow meters.
The design feature of the product is a corrugated insert made of stainless steel 12×18Н10Т covered with elastomeric coated butadiene styrene rubber. This design of the hose has increased flexibility, light weight of 86 kg and durability to blasts and incisions during installation and hose transportation.
