Shlangenz Drilling Hoses for the Well Killing and Throttling Line of Gazprom Drilling
In October, the regular batch of 76 and 102 mm diameter hoses for the well killing line of the Gazprom Drilling LLC structural division was shipped.
This type of hoses is used in emergency situations on the rig and it is based on an increased time between failures and fire resistance.
The hoses operating mode is: pressure 700 atm., temperature from -60 to +45°С, and in case of emergency ‒ 22 minutes at a temperature of +1100°C. The solution from Shlangenz has replaced the imported products from Hungary and Germany, which supplied similar equipment in the Russian market. Based on the project requirements, all hoses are manufactured and tested according to the API 16C American standards.
