Channel One Told about the Drilling Rig Arktika, Equipped with Shlangenz Hoses

On April 13, 2016, within the regular programming, Channel One put on the air a documentary dedicated to Yamal LNG project. The Arktika drilling rig, equipped with Shlangenz hoses, was shown in the story. Drilling rig as well as its components were designed to work in the harsh conditions of the Subarctic. It's no coincidence that the drilling hoses of the Shlangenz brand were chosen for the LNG plant. They can work even at peak loads of 700 atmospheres and temperatures of -55 degrees which is a definite plus for the customer's plant, located in the Far North. Besides, the Arktika drilling rig was fully equipped with Kompenz-Vibro rubber compensators.

It should be noted that only proven technologies of efficiency and reliability have been used at the Yamal LNG facility. In turn, Shlangenz solutions and technologies have been successfully applied in the oil and gas industry and in other industries as well for several years.

Yamal LNG is an integrated project for the extraction, liquefaction and supply of natural gas. Within the project, the construction of a plant that will produce liquefied natural gas with a capacity of about 16.5 million tons per year at the resource base of the South Tambey field is considered.
